Our Team

My name is Colette Armstrong, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner who is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I have more than 20 years of health care experience, including pediatrics, home health, and hospice, as well as providing inpatient care in the hospital setting. 



As a Louisiana native, I graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005. I received my Master’s in Nursing with an Emphasis on Education in 2016 and was employed at SLCC as a Registered Nursing instructor. I truly enjoyed this position, as I felt like I was making an impact on the nursing profession. I made the decision to go back to school to become a nurse practitioner because I missed the hands-on patient interactions. I have dreamed of being a nurse for as long as I can remember. I am passionate about the care I provide to each and every patient. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Megan Ebling, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience. As a Nurse Practitioner, Megan can assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan for many acute and chronic medical conditions. Megan attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she obtained an undergraduate degree in Nursing before later attending Nicholls State University where she graduated top of her class with Presidential Honors and earned a Master’s in Science of Nursing. Before joining Gulf Regional Occupational Medicine Center, Megan worked as a traveling Nurse Practitioner and in the Nursing home setting as a Nurse Practitioner. She is also experienced in emergency room care, cardiology, long-term acute care, and home health, and worked as DON (director of nursing) of a local nursing home.
